Denim and Mini Matt material is more expensive. Please inquire as to what the costs will be should you prefer to use them.

As each of the items you order are customised to suit your style (colour, fabric, size) we have a no return or exchange policy. We are only able to resell the item if we are lucky enough to find a buyer with the same taste and need as you. Please ensure that you know all about the product before ordering so that you are well aware of what you will be receiving. The measurements given below are approximate.

BAG O' TREATS
(Treats not included)
A handy pet treat bag to carry with you on walks, in the car or to a friends house. Fill it with your pet's favourite snacks and always have a few treats on hand.
The bag has a contrasting inner. You can choose a colour and fabric type, it can be plain or patterned (gingham, polka dots). It also comes with a clip which will allow you to attach the bag to your belt straps, hand bag, backpack, etc.

REVERSIBLE FRINGE BLANKET
Reversible. Double the warmth.
These blankets have two layers of fleece and are super warm. Two sides have a tassled fringe while the other two sides are sewn together. It is plain on the one side and patterned on the other.
Please note, you can only choose the colour of the plain side, DogzinCats will choose the pattern on the other side as it all depends on what patterned fabric is available at the stores.

THE DOGGIE BACK PACK
Use for lightweight exercise only. These packs are not designed for heavy duty training.
Take your dogs for a hike, walk or run. The backpack allows your pets to carry some of their own goodies too. The dog whisperer, Cesar Milan, recommends daily walks and for high-energy dogs, he recommends a backpack to add weight and triple the benefit of a walk.
Please note that these packs are not designed to carry heavy weight loads. They are for general use, such as allowing your dog to carry its own water bottles. Make sure that the weight on either side is the same to avoid the pack sliding to one side as this has been known to happen. These are lightweight packs and not to be used for heavy duty carrying. Do not insert objects like bricks, rocks, stones, etc as the pack is not designed to support such objects. Small water bottles and sandbags (for exercise) should work nicely.

Measurements needed from you
We need the circumference around the chest behind the front legs (1 and 2). The measurement from shoulder blade around the front of the chest to other shoulder blade(3), the length from back of neck to base of tail(4) and the height of your dog(5).

EXTRA NOTES AND DETAILS
Washing the items:
Vacuum the bed thoroughly to remove as much hair as possible.
Use a sticky lint roller to remove any hair the vacuum did not.
Use a damp cloth to wipe down the items.
If you decide to wash them in a machine, wash separately as the colours may run. Material has not been pre-washed.
Do not tumble dry items. Place outside to dry. This allows the foam to swell and resume its shape.
Many of the items can be turned inside-out which will allow you to easily wipe each item down as well as air it out.
Do not wash the Car Seats or Transport Bags in a machine. Wipe down only.
We will not be held responsible for items damaged due to running colours or use of washing machine.
MEASURE YOUR PET
• Measure the area around your pet when it is sleeping. This will give you a good idea as to the size of the base of the bed needed.
• Measure the height of your pet while it is standing to give you an idea of whether the height of the bed (for enclosed beds) is sufficient.
• Take into account that your pet will grow and order the larger size if one is available.
• Use the measurements given on our products to give you an estimate of the size of the bed before ordering.
• The sizes shown in this catalogue are the only sizes available.
** Make sure you measure your pet against the measurements we have provided for the beds in this catalogue before ordering a product. Also make sure you know the average size that your pet will reach once fully grown as this will help in judging the size bed it will need at a later stage.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

• Remember to provide us with both the name of the item
• Once we receive confirmation of payment, we will begin making your item.
• Your order will take approximately 7 -14 working days to complete (depending on order) once payment has been received. This does not include postage time.
• Orders must be collected within 7 days of completion if you decide to collect
• Items are sent as regular mail unless you are willing to pay the price of a courier service.
• Products can either be collected from us or posted to you. We do not deliver.
