How To Place An Order:
View our catalogues and decide which product or products you wish to purchase.
Decide which size you want the product to be.
Make a note of the name of the product.
View the available colours which can be found near the bottom of the catalogue.
Decide which colours you would like to have your product made in.
View our embroidery catalogue to see if you want something added to your product.
Contact us either by phone or by email with the following details handy:
Item name, item size, item colours and embroidery options.
Once you have made the payment and sent through confirmation of payment, we will begin your order.
Payment needs to be transferred into our account via an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Account details will be emailed to you.
Expect your order to take between 7 and 14 working days (Monday - Friday only) to complete. This excludes weekends, public holidays and postage time and may also take longer than suggested. You will be kept up to date with the progress of your order.
Items not collected within 7 days of collection notification will be resold. There are no refunds.
We do not keep stock. All items are made up on an order by order basis.
