How To Place An Order:

View our catalogues and decide which product or products you wish to purchase.

Decide which size you want the product to be.

Make a note of the name of the product and it's #code. The #code can be found next to the price of the item. This is only applicable to items with #codes

View the available colours which can be found near the bottom of the catalogue.

Decide which colours you would like to have your product made in.

Contact us either by phone or by email with the following details handy:

Item name, item #code, item size and item colour.

A 50% deposit for collected items and full payment for posted items is required. This amount needs to be transferred into our account via an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Account details will be emailed to you. Proof of payment is needed before your order will be processed.

Expect your order to take between 7 and 10 working days (Monday - Friday) to complete. This excludes postage time and may also take longer than suggested. You will be kept up to date with the progress of your order.

Items not collected within 7 days of collection notification will be resold. There are no refunds.

We do not keep stock. All items are made up on an order by order basis.
