How to place an order
You have 2 options when placing an order
OPTION 1: Use this order form
OPTION 2: Email your order through to us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details
Name of product/s
Colour/s and material option
Embroidery if applicable
Address (so we can work out a courier or postage amount for you). You can collect from us. We are situated south of Johannesburg.
When we receive your order we will send you an invoice. You can pay via EFT. If you can only pay by cash, please add R75.00 for bank charges or R20.00 if deposit is made by an ATM. If you would like to pay via credit card, please let us know and we will request PAYFAST to send you an email.
It takes between 3 – 6 weeks (approximately) to make. Once finished we can send via courier, Postnet, Post Office (not recommended due to constant strikes) or collection by appointment. We do try our best to get orders out as quickly as possible and keep within our lead times. Sometimes things can go wrong and we are delayed ie. power cuts, sewing machine breakdowns and other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated as much as possible.
Normal postage through the post office can take 3 – 7 days to reach your nearest post office, but we have no control of the time frame. Once posted we will email you with a tracking number.
Courier depends where you live, Johannesburg and Pretoria, same day or overnight. Everywhere else takes a bit longer. Once sent we will email you a tracking number.
Collection is by appointment only, we will need to know what day and time so we can make sure someone is available. Collections need to happen on date and time arranged. If you find you need to reschedule, please give us enough notice.
