By purchasing any of our products, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. DogzinCats reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Any new terms will replace and supersede previous versions.

DogzinCats and its owners are not responsible for any damages, loss, or liability resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Agreement of Sale

The agreement of sale between the buyer and DogzinCats is established when a deposit or full payment is made and proof of payment is sent to DogzinCats via email or fax.

Please ensure you select the correct size and product. DogzinCats provides sizes, measurements, and tips on how to measure your pet in our catalogues. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the suitability of the product, including the fabric and size, for their pet. Our team is always available to provide advice and we encourage you to seek it.

Repairs

DogzinCats offers repairs on products with manufacturing defects within 14 days of receipt. We do not repair items damaged by pets, other means, or normal wear and tear. After 14 days, courier or postage costs for returning products are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Refunds

Refunds are available for the purchase price of products returned within 14 days of receipt, excluding courier or postage costs. Products must be returned in the same condition they were sent (clean and unused). Customized products, including those altered for size or design and embroidered items, are not eligible for refunds. The cost of returning products is the buyer’s responsibility.

Copyrights

All photos in the DogzinCats catalogue, website, and Facebook page of our products (excluding third-party products) are the property of DogzinCats and its owners. These photos cannot be used without written permission from DogzinCats.

Rights Reserved

DogzinCats reserves the right to refuse or not execute an order in part or in full. We may also modify the above terms and conditions on a per buyer basis. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
